Delivery & Warranty
For consumable orders, Naturastudios operate a 3-5 working day timescale and will endeavour to get your order to you at the earliest convenience.
For all equipment, please leave 7-14 days after your training session is completed. In some instances, this may be sooner as we will endeavour to deliver your goods within a reasonable time.
In all instances, a delivery note will be included in your order with a breakdown of goods delivered and any back-order items. Please note in some instances due to high demand, orders may be delivered in instalments.
Naturastudios use UK leading carrier companies including DHL, UPS, Fed Ex & Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided via email to customer at point of despatch where changes can be made by customer in terms of delivery options.

Naturastudios will provide full warranty period of 12 months on all equipment unless stated otherwise in writing.
Naturastudios will endeavour to replace any defects of faults on equipment within 7-14 days from first report. Should you have any technical issues with your device, please log this in writing to Naturastudios in first instance to ensure all information is logged.
Please ensure correct care is taken in terms of storing and operating your device. Should any negligence occur, your warranty will be void.
Naturastudios will offer extended warranties and service agreements on goods over 12 months old. This information is available from head office and you can purchase on a yearly basis.
